Amsterdam's Red Light District isn't all stag parties and neon-drenched sleaze, hidden away in one of the oldest parts of the city is De Prael Brewery's wonderful tasting room and restaurant. I only found it after I stumbled across their bottle shop on Oudezijds Voorburgwal and had the foresight to ask if they had a bar.
